  • Run a half marathon. Time: 1:52:25
  • Run a 5KM race in <= 20min. Time: 20:07
  • Bench 225lb for 6 reps.
  • Military press 135lb for 6 reps.
  • Squat 275lb for 6 reps.

Races must be official races and lifts must be recorded.
